How To Visit Us
Due to high demand The White Outlet has 2 visiting options:
Our Queue Jump system allows you to book one of our reserved slots in advance to guarantee that you will be seen by one of our stylists, without needing to queue or risk not being seen. Use the ‘Book Now’ button to select the date you wish to visit and choose your allocated 1-hour time slot.
We also save one of our fitting rooms for walk-in appointments. If the day or time slot you are looking for is fully booked, you can try a walk-in visit. These slots are allocated on a first-come basis, so we can’t guarantee you will be seen, however, we do everything we can to see each bride who turns up on the day!
First walk-in appointment: 9:15am. Last entry: 4:15pm. Subject to availability. For a guaranteed appointment for one of our stylists we recommend booking a queue jump!

“Katie is an angel in the form of a bridal stylist, I’m honestly not sure what I would’ve done without her!
I arrived at this shop 2 weeks before my wedding after a previous dress disaster. I cannot explain how great the girls made me feel and didn’t seem panicked about my situation, which helped loads. All the dresses are immaculate, I was allowed to browse at my own pace but Katie also picked me out a few she thought I might like. She also gave me her honest opinion on some dresses which I really appreciated. I said yes to the dress and walked away feeling a whole lot calmer. She even helped organise alterations as we were on such a time constraint. I can’t thank her and recommend the shop more.”
“I visited last Saturday to try on wedding dresses for the first time. This turned out to be the first and only store I visited before saying yes to the dress! The shop is nicely presented, has a great range of dresses and has a lovely welcoming feel to it. Kirsty was excellent with us, she listened to what i was looking for and was great at picking out dresses in response. She was also very good at suggesting how to style / alter dresses. “Loved visiting and finding my dress as The White Outlet. It's in a perfect location which is easy to get to in the centre of Bristol. All of the staff were incredible and made me feel so special when I was trying on each dress, and giving me time to stand in the dresses and see how I felt without rushing to the next. Special shout out to George who went above and beyond. She is truly passionate about what she does and making sure that you feel special in every dress.”
“Tara was brilliant, she kept bringing me options I wouldn’t have thought of to see what I liked and didn’t like, and none of the girls made me feel like I was being difficult! The changing room experience was actually dignified so I felt completely at ease, and that parts of the dress I was self conscious about could be altered easily. They helped me try different combinations of accessories and showed me what could be done to modify the dress to make it my own, and I felt so listened to and understood! Thank you so so much for the best time, I’m so happy I found my dress, but sad as that means I don’t need to come back and do it all over again! <3”
“Amazing experience at the White Outlet Bristol, both Jess and Grace were so lovely and really made it a fantastic and easy experience. They were so patient and really listened to what I liked and didn’t like about the dresses, with ultimately them ending up picking the one I said ‘yes to the dress too’. They were both so knowledgeable and provided great guidance about alterations that I could make to the dress to bring my vision to life.
